บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัจจัยภายใน และภายนอกของการดำเนินนโยบายต่างประเทศของสหรัฐอเมริกาต่อประเด็นนิวเคลียร์อิหร่านในสมัยรัฐบาลบารัค โอบาม่า ในช่วง ค.ศ. 2013-2016 โดยวิธีการทางการทูตแบบพหุภาคีร่วมกับกลุ่มประเทศ P5+1 (สหรัฐอเมริกา อังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส รัสเซีย จีน และเยอรมนี) ซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็นการดำเนินนโยบายทางการทูตระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกากับอิหร่านในรอบ 30 กว่าปี การเจรจาได้เริ่มต้นในปี ค.ศ. 2013 ซึ่งสหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นผู้ริเริ่มโดยมี
สาระสำคัญว่าอิหร่านจะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงโดยที่อิหร่านจะต้องลดหรือจำกัดการพัฒนาโครงการนิวเคลียร์เพื่อให้ สหรัฐอเมริกา และกลุ่มประเทศ P5+1 ยกเลิกมาตรการแซงชั่นเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยน การเจรจาก็สามารถประสบความสำเร็จในที่สุดในปี ค.ศ. 2016 ถือได้ว่าเป็นความสำเร็จของรัฐบาลบารัค โอบาม่า ทั้งนี้ เป็นสิ่งที่น่าสนใจว่าทั้ง 2 ประเทศที่ร้าวฉานมามากกว่า 30 ปีจะดำเนินนโยบายไปในทิศทางใดและผู้วิจัยมีความประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาถึงปัจจัยภายใน และภายนอกของการดำเนินนโยบายต่างประเทศของสหรัฐอเมริกาต่อประเด็นนิวเคลียร์อิหร่านเพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้ของการกำหนดนโยบายต่างประเทศของ
