Leader Potential Development of Subdistrict Headman and Village Headman in Khung Lan Subdistrict, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This article is a part of the research on the leader potential development of subdistrict headman and village headman in Khung Lan
Subdistrict, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province. The objectives are 1. to study the roles and potential of the leader, 2. to study problems and restrictions of the leader, and 3 . to create guidelines for potential development of the study. This study is a qualitative research using the data acquired from documents, laws, and regulations relating to the authority, responsibilities, and roles particularly of the subdistrict headman and village headman. Another research method is the interview of the locals, subdistrict headman, village headman in Khung Lan Subdistrict, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, and also their supervisors. The data acquired is to be analyzed and processed in order to find methods and promote appropriate management that will help subdistrict headman and village headman gain knowledge and understand their roles, authority, and responsibilities.
