THE STUDY ON FACTORS AFFECTING THE WASTE IN MOLDING PART PROCESS OF DESIGN ENGINEERING AND SERVICE CO., LTD

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the factors affecting the waste in molding part production process of Design Engineering and Service Co., Ltd. The samples were 30 company staff derived for simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data were mean and standard deviation.

The results were as follow: the factors affecting the waste in molding part production process of Design Engineering and Services Co., Ltd. consisted of 4 steps; 1) factors affecting people (Man), this factor was at “high” level. ( =4.10),  2) factors affecting the money (Money), this factor was at “very high” level. ( =3.71), 3) factors affecting the machine, this factor was at “average” level. ( = 3.39),  4) factors affecting the management, this factor was at “high” level. ( =3.71)
