ENGINE OIL DRAIN PUMP WITH MOTOR

Abstract

The objective of this research were to construct the engine oil drain pump with motor according to the standard efficiency in 3 aspects: design structure, working system,  and the value of invention. The 5 target group for this study were chief technician of Siam Nissan Uthaithani 44 Co., Ltd., and lecturers in automotive technology department, Uthai Thani Technical College who had at least 5 years in teaching, derived from purposive sampling. The research tools were questionnaire and data recording form. Data was analyzed by mean and standard deviation.

The research revealed that the efficiency of engine oil drain pump with motor was at “very good” level. The performance result test for 8 tanks of engine oil drain pump with motor comparing with hand crank engine oil drain in 200-liter-tank, the capable of engine oil drain pump with motor had the average at 16.35 minute with less than using hand pump at 46%.
