NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY CULTURE IN THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study needs assessment of quality culture in the secondary educational service area office. The sample of study was four hundred fifty of teacher and personals in the secondary educational service area office who were selected by the multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was needs assessment of quality culture, questionnaire with the discrimination ranges from 0.66-0.82 and the reliability coefficient (alpha) of 0.96. Statistics used to contents analysis, mean ( ) standard deviation (S.D.) and Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI Modified.
The research found that the need for quality culture is at a high level with an average means of realistic base of 3.95 and with average means in the expected condition overall of 4.66 Needs assessment of quality culture in the secondary educational service area office by all groups of the sample are essential requirements for all items with the PNI Modified overall average of (0.18).
