Technician Industrial branch Post Covid-19 and how to adjust the method of online teaching for professional learners In order to be able to access learning throughout and the creation of self-learning and learner group with   a teacher as a facilitator.The new life of people in society has changed to     a new way of life (new normal) in many areas, including professional learning, victims and adjustment problems. The feelings that are gained from learning and affecting the development learning of developing a growth mindset.Therefore learners is important in the development of professional learners.
