DEVELOPMENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL PACKAGE USING IPCA MODEL FOR DIPLOMA STUDENTS OF PHITSANULOK TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Abstract

This research aimed to develop the instructional package using IPCA Model in English for Business and Social Communication course: 3000-1201 for the 1st year diploma students of Phitsanulok Technical College according to the standard criteria at 70/70, 2) to study the learning achievement of the students, and 3) to evaluate the satisfaction of the students toward the instructional package. The sample of this study were 39 first year diploma students majoring in Electrical Technology, Phitsanulok Technical College, derived from purposive sampling. The research tools were learning achievement test, instructional package, and evaluation form of satisfaction. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t – test for dependent samples.


The results of the study found that the instructional package gained the efficiency at 76.60 / 74.87 according to the standard criteria of 70/70. The posttest score of learning achievement test was significantly higher than pretest score at the level of .05. The students satisfied the instructional package at the level of “high”.
