Abstract

            This academic paper to present an approach to experiential learning to develop 21^st century skills. The principle of experiential learning focus on the linkage of knowledge, ideas, abilities and skills. The learner to practice in the knowledge, skills and characteristics in full. There are 5 steps of experiential learning: 1) Experience 2) Integration 3) Reason 4) Brainstorm 5) Response. This idea to help develop your 21^st century skills for 3 skills: 1) creativity and innovation 2) communication and collaboration and 3) critical thinking and problem solving skills including creative language skills that are one of the goal for Thai language teaching in the 21^st century.
