A research study with the objectives 1) To study the learning process to promote citizenship in accordance with the democratic way of the people in Nonthaburi Province, and 2) To present guidelines for the development of learning processes to promote citizenship in accordance with the democratic way of people in Nonthaburi Province. Data were collected from 4 groups of key informants including those with expertise from educational institutions, government agencies, people's sector leader, and from representatives of politicians by using specific techniques at a total of 17 people.
