Abstract

        Role of Sangha Administrators in Wat Samananam Borihan (Wat Yuan Saphankhao) Mahanak Intersection Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok is a qualitative research The objectives of this study were: 1. to study the problem of the role of Sangha Administrators in the development of Wat Samananam Borihan (Wat Yuan Saphankhao) Mahanak Intersection Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok Province. 2. To suggest guidelines for the role of Administrators in Wat Samananam Borihan (Wat Yuan Saphankhao) Mahanak Intersection Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok Province. The researcher conducted an interview 17 people by purposive sampling, classified by position, namely 1 sangha administrators, 8 monks and 8 people

          The results of the study were found: 1. Problems and roles of monks in the development of Wat Samananam Borihan (Wat yuansaphankhao), Si Yaek Maha Nak Subdistrict, Dusit District, Bangkok. Because the temple has a small number of monks and lack of personnel to be ordained as monks and novices to be a religious heir in the future Therefore, the aspect of religious education and the propagation of Buddhism is not outstanding. and not reaching the people within the community much (Wat yuansaphankhao), Siyaekmahanak , Dusit, Bangkok Consisting of monks should have a meeting to train monks and personnel in planning the implementation of the work. Develop a plan for disseminating or organizing Buddhist activities, with public relations especially on important religious days or activities within and outside the temple on an ongoing basis. Make people know the temple and open the opportunity to become ordained to be a religious heir in the future.
