Abstract

(2) The overall demand factor for knowledge enhancement in the operation of the Highway Patrol Police Department 8 was at a high level (m = 3.76) When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest mean is the nature of the work performed followed by advancement in the job position and the lowest mean is that the success at work is at the same high level.
