Abstract

        The purposes of this study were to 1) study Social Promotion and welfare service of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Labor Office 2) to study problems and suggestions for social promotion and welfare Service of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Labor Office, This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in the study was 397 people who came to use the service at the Kanchanaburi Provincial Labor Office. The data were analyzed by means of mean and standard deviation, and the results were summarized. Discussion of results and recommendations are as follows.

       The results of the research were found that 1) Promotion and Social Welfare In terms of receiving services of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Labor Office, overall, it was at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the information aspect was the most, followed by the service of the officers. and the service system at a minimum. 2) This can be seen that the promotion and social welfare the service of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Labor Office is important in providing services. Service organization as well as the officers should have good human relations speak well, have good manners beaming Speak to create work together, use rhetoric in talking with people to create unity. their roles as service providers and helpers There is a fair sharing of benefits in accordance with the policy measures, regulations, relevant laws, taking into account accuracy as the norm have sacrificed their own interests for common interest.
