The Causal Relationship of Modern Human Capital Development on Operational Efficiency of Hotel Business in Hua-Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

This article aims to study 1) Develop a causal relationship model of modern human capital development on operational efficiency of hotel business in Hua-Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province and 2) Analyze influence of a causal relationship of factors affected operational efficiency of hotel business in Hua-Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with 225 entrepreneurs in small and medium hotel business in Hua-Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The research sampling was purposive sampling. The reliability value was 0.838 of the questionnaires. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.
Results of the research showed that 1) the consistency index; Chi-square = 18.054, /df=1.128, p-value = 0.324, GFI = 0.987, AGFI = 0.972, RMR = 0.178, RMSEA = 0.024 and CFI = 0.963 was congruent with the empirical data which an according of hypothesis. And 2) the operational efficiency of hotel business in Hua-Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan province had significantly direct effect from adaptive capability factors with statistical at 0.05 level and 0.76 of effect size. The modern human capital development; Individual learning (HCDI), Organizational learning orientation (HCDO), Vision creation (HCDV), emotional intelligence development (HCDE) and Strategic capability (HCDS) had indirectly influence pass adaptative capability factors with effect size at 0.21, 0.25, 0.35, 0.39 and 0.37, respectively at the level of 0.05 significant.
