Abstract

The objectives of research are: 1) to study the quality of life related to the performance of the staff according office of Management and Conservation Areas 13, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation. 2) to compare Quality of life related to the performance according to Iddhibada IV of the staff Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Classified by personal factors, 3) to study the development of the quality of life related to the performance of the staff according office of Management and Conservation Areas 13, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plan Conservation.

This research is Mixed Method Research and samples used in this research, including personnel of the Department of National Protected Areas Regional Office 13. Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation of 1,353 people were randomly selected using a formula to calculate the sample size of Taro Yamane had a sample of 309 people and the tools used to collect information, a questionnaire to measure the Quality of life related to the performance of the staff according office of Management and Conservation Areas 13, Department of National Praks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation 0.955. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by using the Social Science Research software for calculate the Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation and Correlation to characterize Overview and t-test and F-test One-way analysis of variance. So when there was a significant difference, then tested different pairs by calculates Least Significant Different and information from interviews. Researcher group information on significant issues of the interview, then analytics content.

The result of research was found that:

               1) The opinion level of personal for quality of life related to of performance according to Iddhibada IV Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department  of National Parks, Wildlife and Plan found that quality of life related to of performance according to Iddhibada IV Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife Conservation was general intermediate  level and considering any side found that they had pride, work security, healthy, communication, profession development, personal participation and good environment for working were high level ,fair compensation and conflict management were medium level.

                      2) Comparison of the Quality of Life related to the performance of the Staff according to Iddhibada IV Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plan Conservation by hypothesis test found that Individual factor and sex effect the quality of life related to of performance according   to Iddhibada IV Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife Conservation accepted hypothesis but age ,Education level, income, experience and position did not affect the quality of life related to of the performance according to Iddhibada IV rejected the hypothesis was set.

             3) The process of development quality of life related to the performance of the Staff according to Iddhibada IV Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plan Conservation interview found that The most important contributor leaded main Iddhibada IV to apply for development Quality of Life related to the Performance according to Iddhibada IV of the Staff Office of Management and Conservation Areas 13 Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation They had planned to develop the quality of working life of employees, bring principles to use in every aspect. Set Plans and programs to measure and evaluate the performance of the agency.
A delegation of more responsibility. Parties to jointly develop the quality of working life of employees.
