Creating photographic arts by conceptualization and semiotic theory

Abstract
An idea or concept is essential in creating a photographic portfolio. Therefore, there should be a process, step, main idea in creating a concept that has clear steps and patterns for photographers or those working in photography. can be used as a principle of practice In this research, the process of creating a concept semiotic theory and the photography process is used to create photographic works. It has two objectives: 1. to create photographic works by conceptualization process and semiotic theory, and 2. to study the results of the assessment of the process and quality of photographic works. By using a sample of 17 people to participate in the process. To create 17 works, 5 images each, for a total of 85 images, and assess the quality of the process and the quality of the work by 10 photography professionals. It was concluded that the process can be used to create works of both The results were evaluated at a very high level, with a mean of 4.43 with a standard deviation of 0.56, and a quality assessment of the results of all 17 sets of photographs at a high level at a mean of 4.33 with a standard deviation of 0.16.
