การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจากต้นตองกงของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจากต้นตองกงของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติต้นตองกงให้เหมาะสมกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้านจากตองกงของกลุ่ม หัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากต้นตอง กง ประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ตกแต่งบ้านของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเผยแพร่และจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า OTOP ของจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 100 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเผยแพร่และจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า OTOP ของจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 50 คน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจากต้นตองกงของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่ พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์พบว่า ผลการประเมินด้านคุณสมบัติของวัสดุมีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของ ตกแต่งบ้าน โดยผู้บริโภคอยู่ในระดับมาก(4.48) ผลการประเมินด้านรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของ ตกแต่งบ้าน โดยผู้บริโภคอยู่ในระดับมาก(4.28) ผลการประเมินด้านตรงต่อความต้องของผู้บริโภคของของตกแต่งบ้านที่ผลิตจาก วัสดุธรรมชาติ โดยผู้บริโภคอยู่ในระดับมาก(4.38) ผลการประเมินด้านความแปลกใหม่ของวัสดุที่นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยผู้บริโภค อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด(4.68) ผลการประเมินการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจากต้นตองกงของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอ ลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน จากความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภค คือ ด้านคุณสมบัติของวัสดุมีความเหมาะสมใน การนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้าน ด้านรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้าน ด้านตรงต่อ ความต้องของผู้บริโภคของของตกแต่งบ้านที่ผลิตจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ และด้านความแปลกใหม่ของวัสดุที่นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ ระดับ คุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (4.37) ผลการประเมินการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจากต้นตองกงของกลุ่มหัตถกรรมชุมชนแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ คือ ด้านคุณสมบัติของวัสดุมีความ เหมาะสมในการนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้าน ด้านรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตกแต่งบ้าน ด้านตรงต่อความต้องของผู้บริโภคของของตกแต่งบ้านที่ผลิตจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ และด้านความแปลกใหม่ของวัสดุที่นำมา ประยุกต์ใช้ ระดับคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4.53)

The Development of Tonggong handicraft for The Handicraft Group in Maephun Subdistrict Lublae District Uttaradit Province,Thailand.
