การพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มแปรรูปพืชผลการเกษตร ตำบลนายาง อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิถต์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบตราสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มแปรรูปพืชผลการเกษตร ตำบลนายาง อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์และเพื่อทดสอบความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อตราสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มแปรรูปพืชผลการเกษตร ตำบลนายาง อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ได้แก่ลูกค้าและนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเลือกซื้อสินค้า ในร้านจำหน่ายของฝาก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ในรอบ 2 สัปดาห์ จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายกลุ่มแปรรูปพืชผลการเกษตร ตำบลนายาง อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อบรรจุภัณฑ์
ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ0.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

The Package Development of the Placement Vegetation Group in Tumbol Nayang, Amphor Pichai, Uttaradit Province

The purpose of this study was the Package Development of the in Tumbol Nayang, Amphor Pichai, and Uttaradit Province and to study the customer’s satisfaction in the developed packaging.The samples of this study were 40 customers or tourists who visited and bought the products from Uttaradit Province souvenir shop in particular two weeks. The data were collected through on the questionnaire on manufacturer/seller and customer’s satisfaction. The questionnaire was designed by the specialist academics, to covers all the basic necessities that would effect the consumer’s satisfaction on the design of the packaging for of the Placement Vegetation Group in Tumbol Nayang, Amphor Pichai, and Uttaradit Province.The result of the study indicated that the target groups were high satisfaction at 0.05 significant levels and satisfy the package design at high level in every ways.
