การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการองค์ความรู้เรือนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

การจัดการองค์ความรู้เรือนพื้นถิ่นโดยการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนอีกทางหนึ่ง การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อระบบสารสนเทศที่เป็นการนำเอา ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเว็บไซด์ที่ได้ทำการพัฒนามาแล้วมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุง พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ข้อมูลของการศึกษาได้มาจากการทดสอบกับแบบสอบถามผู้ใช้ระบบจำนวน 150 คน ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา นักวิชาการ สถาปนิก และบุคคลทั่วไป ทั้งนี้การศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเว็บไซด์หลักๆ จะจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การใช้อินเตอร์เน็ต ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการประเมินจะทำให้ทราบถึงระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเว็บไซด์ในหลายๆ ด้าน เช่น จุดมุ่งหมาย ความเหมาะสมในการเข้าถึง เนื้อหา กราฟิก ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล เป็นต้น อันจะเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการจัดการความรู้เรือนพื้นถิ่น ของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และจังหวัดอื่นๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

The Improvement of Information System for Managing Local Wisdom of ethnic dwellings in Chiang Mai

Knowledge management of ethic dwellings in Thailand by using Information System is to encourage and conserve local wisdom. User’s opinions toward website will influence the development and improvement of information system. In order to obtain user’s information, questionnaire is being used as the main tool to collect all data from sampling group of 150 users includes: students, academician, architects and etc. However, the study of opinions level toward websites is distinguished on sex, age, education background and the experience that user has on internet. Results from the evaluation could indicate the user’s opinion level toward website in several ways for example: intention, reach ability, content, design, cost to reach information and etc. These information leads to several ways for improving and develop the knowledge management of Vernacular/Traditional database on Chiang Mai and others province/county. Lastly, local wisdom could be well conserved and sustainable develop.
