Abstract

การสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์งานประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลืองเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าของวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตร มี
วัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติกากถั่วเหลืองซึ่งเป็นวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตรในฐานะวัสดุทางประติมากรรม 2) เพื่อ
ออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลืองให้เป็นการเพิ่มมูลค่าวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตร 3) เพื่อประเมิน
ความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อการสร้างสรรค์งานผลิตภัณฑ์ประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลือง โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 นำกากถั่วเหลืองมาผสมกับตัวประสาน เช่น กาว เรซิ่น โคบอล ตัวทำให้แข็ง แป้งข้าวเจ้า เพื่อขึ้นรูปเป็นงาน
ประติมากรรม ประเภทงานปั้น งานหล่อ และงานพิมพ์กด ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาวิธีการนำเอากากถั่วเหลืองมาเป็นวัสดุในการทำ
ผลิตภัณฑ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่องานประติมากรรมทีทำจากกากถั่วเหลือง ด้านวัสดุ ด้านการ
ออกแบบและด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กากถั่วเหลืองเมื่อนำไปตากแดดให้แห้ง แล้วนำไปปั่นในเครื่องปั่นจะมี
ลักษณะเป็นเม็ดสีเหลือง หรือสีน้ำตาลอ่อน และสามารถนำไปทำงานประติมากรรม งานปั้นรูปลอยตัว งานหล่อพระ และงานพิมพ์
กดรูปดอกไม้ การศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์งานประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลืองโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านวัสดุ วัสดุ
มีความแปลกใหม่ยังไม่มีใครนำมาทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการออกแบบ ภาพรวมมีความสวยงามดึงดูดความสนใจ
แก่ผู้พบเห็น อยู่ในระดับมาก และพื้นผิวสีของวัสดุมีความสวยงามเฉพาะตัว ด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นของที่ระลึก
ได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก

In this research the creative sculpture product from Soy bean dregs for add value to agricultural
discarded Material. were developed. Its purposes were determine. 1) to study the properties of soy bean
dregs as a sculptural material, 2) to design and create sculptural products from soy bean dregs ,and 3) to
assess consumer’ satisfaction towards sculptural product created from soy bean dregs. The research
methodology comprised three steps. Step 1 was a study of how to mix soy bean dregs with binding agents
such as glue, resin, cobalt, hardener and white rice flour in order to mold, cast and compress sculptural
works. Step 2 was a study on how to use soy bean dregs ass sculptural to material. Step 3 was assessment of
consumer’s satisfaction towards sculptural work created from soy bean dregs on the aspects of material,
design and usability. The research findings revealed that, Soy beans when applied to the sun dries then put
them in a blender. They are light brown granules. And can be led to : job creation, floating sculpture
shaped,Buddha casting and flower printing press. overall, to study the satisfaction towards sculptural work
creation from soy bean dregs was at a high level. The aspect of material in terms of uniqueness and not
having been used as sculptural material before was at a high level Moreover, consumers had never thought 

they could make any product out of it. The aspect of design in terms of beauty and attractiveness was also at
a high level and its texture color was uniquely beautiful. The aspect of usability as being souvenirs was at a
high level as well because of having sizes and shapes suitable for giving away as gifts on the occasions of new
house celebration, wedding, and New Year’s festival, for examples.
