Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องผลของการใช้เปลือกหอยและผงเหล็กที่มีต่อการพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวง
จังหวัดสุโขทัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้เปลือกหอยและผงเหล็กที่มีต่อการพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์
เครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวง จังหวัดสุโขทัย 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบเครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวงจังหวัดสุโขทัยโดยใช้เปลือกหอย
และผงเหล็ก 3) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ผลิตและผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวงในรูป
แบบเดิมและรูปแบบใหม่ที่ได้รับการพัฒนา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ กลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือกลุ่มผู้บริโภค
ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวง จังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 101 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 200 คน (ความคลาด
เคลื่อน 7% ตามตารางของ Yamane) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและทดสอบสมมุติฐานการวิจัยด้วยการหาค่าทีกรณี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระแก่กัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์
เครื่องปั้นดินเผาในรูปแบบเดิมและรูปแบบใหม่ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย( x ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
(S.D.) และระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ผลิต และผู้บริโภค จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผาในรูปแบบใหม่
จำนวน 12 รูปแบบ ภายใต้แนวคิด “พัฒนารูปแบบเครื่องปั้นดินเผาโดยใช้เปลือกหอย และผงเหล็ก”นำดินเหนียวผสมทราย
เปลือกหอย และผงเหล็กที่สามารถหาได้ในเขตชุมชนบ้าน ทุ่งหลวง และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงมาเป็นส่วนผสมหลัก นำวัสดุทั้งหมดมา
ทดสอบคุณสมบัติพื้นฐานโดยการทดลองเผาในอุณหภูมิปกติที่ใช้เผาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านทุ่งหลวง นำไปสู่ขั้นตอนการ
ออกแบบ และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อไปโดยเน้นการพัฒนาจากกระบวนการผลิตที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชน มาต่อยอดให้เกิด
ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ จากนั้นจึงนำผลิตภัณฑ์ไปประเมินคุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มผู้ผลิตเครื่องปั้นดินเผาในชุมชน และกลุ่ม
ผู้บริโภคทั่วไปพบว่า กลุ่มผู้บริโภคมีความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์รูปแบบใหม่มากกว่ารูปแบบเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05

The purposes of the effects of using shell and iron powder on development of pottery product, Ban
Thungluang, Sukhothai province were to (1) study the effects of using shell and iron powder on development
of pottery product, (2) develop the pottery product by using shell and iron powder, and (3) evaluate the
quality and satisfaction on old and new pottery product of producer and customer, Ban Thungluang,
Sukhothai province. The samples of the study were 101 people that from 200 people selected through the
table of Yamane with sampling error at 7%. The instrument used was questionnaires. The data were statistically
analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and used descriptive statistics in satisfaction level
and hypothesis testing for dependent samples. The results found that the development of 12 new pottery
products in concept “the development of pottery products by using shell and iron powder” were used clay
mix with sand, shell, and iron powder that finding in Ban Thungluang community and greater area. Then all 

material was tested basic properties by firing at normal temperature, design process, and products
development were focus on production process and methodology of community identity for new products.
The quality evaluation and satisfaction found that tourists’ satisfaction on new product was significantly more
than that of an old product 0.05.
