Abstract

การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่โดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสานพื้นบ้าน บ้านดงชะพลู ตำบลบางมะฝ่อ อำเภอโกรกพระ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสานพื้นบ้าน บ้านดงชะพลู ตำบลบางมะฝ่อ อำเภอโกรกพระ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ 2) เพื่อออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่โดยใช้ภูมิปัญญางานหัตถกรรมจักสานไม้ไผ่ 3) เพื่อประเมินผลผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่ต้นแบบตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่ มผช.เลขที่ 40/2546  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบรายงานผลการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ จักสานไม้ไผ่ มผช. เลขที่ 40/2546 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานไม้ไผ่วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสานพื้นบ้าน บ้านดงชะพลู ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทของใช้ในครัวเรือน เช่น ตะกร้า ตะแกรง กระด้ง พัด เสื่อลำแพน กระจาด กระบุง เป็นต้น ส่วนลายที่ใช้ในงานหัตถกรรมจักสานไม้ไผ่ ได้แก่ ลายขัด ลายเฉลว ลายทแยง ลายพิกุล  ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและออกแบบโดยประยุกต์ใช้ภูมิปัญญางาน   จักสานมาทำต้นแบบเพื่อการผลิตงานหัตถกรรมจักสานไม้ไผ่ จำนวน 15 แบบ โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คนประเมิน ผลการประเมินต้นแบบพบว่า ต้นแบบมีความเหมาะสมมาก จำนวน 5 แบบ เหมาะสมปานกลาง จำนวน 10 แบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 3.53  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.51 โดยต้นแบบที่ 12 ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากับ 4.30 นำต้นแบบที่คัดเลือก ให้คณะกรรมการ 5 คน ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน มผช. เลขที่ 40/2546 ผลการตรวจสอบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านลักษณะทั่วไป เส้นตอก ลวดลาย การประกอบด้วยวัสดุอื่นและการเคลือบเงา เท่ากับ 3.72, 3.68, 3.80, 3.80 และ 3.60 ตามลำดับและมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 3.72 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.49 ผลการประเมินเฉลี่ยทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก

Basketry bamboo products designed using local wisdom of Community Enterprise Folk Crafts Handmade from Baan Dong Cha Plu, Bang Ma Flor Subdistrict, Krok Phra District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The researcher conducted in order to comply with the objectives of the research.1) to study the bamboo products from Community Enterprise Folk Crafts Handmade Ban Dong Cha Plu Bang Ma Flor Subdistrict Krok Phra District, Nakhon Sawan Province. 2) to design the Folk Crafts Handmade of wisdoms Bamboo crafts. 3) to evaluate products based on the prototype Bamboo community standard products through channel partners No. 40/2546. The instrument of this research were the questionnaire, interview, assessment model by experts, and report of bamboo products, product inspection, community standard products through channel partners No. 40/2546. The study found that basketry bamboo products from folk handicrafts Community Enterprise of Baan Dong Cha PLU mainly household products such as threshing basket, grate, blows, mat, a market basket, square-basket. The lines used in basketry bamboo products such as Khut line, Chaleaw line, Tha-yeang line, Pikul line. The researchers bring the local wisdom for application to made basketry works. There are fifteen styles, by assessment from three experts.   The results found that the prototype has 5 styles of very suitable, 10 style of moderately suitable. Total average as against 3.53, the standard deviation was 0.51, and the design of no.12 has averages maximum rated was 4.30. Bring the prototype to check by committee the of 5, to check Community Product Standard, No. 40/2546. Inspection results, has an average of generalization, strips line, tracery, consists of other materials, and varnishing, as 3.72, 3.68, 3.80 and 3.60. The total average was 3.72. The standard deviation was 0.49. Results of average assessment all aspects are very good level.
