การพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ Development of a pressing machine from natural materials

Abstract

ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาและพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ การใช้งานของเครื่องที่พัฒนาขึ้น 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ที่มีต่อเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ จากเหตุผลดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจที่จะพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ เพื่ออัดวัสดุจากธรรมชาติให้เป็นแผ่นเพื่อนำไปต่อยอด พัฒนาเป็นพื้นผิว เพื่อออกแบบเครื่องเรือน หรือของตกแต่ง ในลำดับต่อไปได้ รูปแบบของการวิจัยที่ใช้เป็นการผสานวิธีกันระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพร่วม เริ่มศึกษากายภาพของวัสดุจากธรรมชาติ การทดลอง การลงพื้นที่ และการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น  จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับการพัฒนารูปแบบ โดยเริ่มจากการวาดภาพร่างของเครื่องอัด แล้วจึงพัฒนารูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยใช้ทฤษฎีตารางการกระจายหน้าที่การวิเคราะห์เชิงการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ทำการวัดผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านการออกแบบ และด้านวิศวกรรม ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่นที่พัฒนาขึ้นแล้ว ด้านกระบวนการผลิต ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รวมทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็น ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.33) มีระดับความเหมาะสมมาก และการประเมินด้านความพึงพอใจ ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านนักพัฒนาชุมชน ด้านกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน และด้านการตลาด ตามหลัก 4P มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็น (  = 4.31, S.D. = 0.57) มีระดับความเหมาะสมมาก และตามหลัก 4C มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็น ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.28) มีระดับความเหมาะสมมาก ถือได้ว่าเป็นผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่สอดคล้องกับหัวข้องานวิจัยที่ได้พัฒนาแล้ว มีความเหมาะสมที่จะพัฒนาเครื่องอัดแผ่น จากวัสดุธรรมชาติ

This research is aimed to develop a pressing machine which made from natural materials to study about three factors below. 1) To research and develop this machine. 2) To observe a performance of this developed machine. 3) To evaluate the satisfaction of this machine’s by its user. As mentioned above, we decided to develop this machine to produce a plate of natural material which will be used to produce an ornament or an interior component such as flooring. We combined a quantitative research with a qualitative research to use as our method to study this research, started by study about the physical of the natural materials then demonstrate and survey the area to do an interview to collect needed information to develop the machine. We then analyze this information together with drawing a sketch to design the machine’s form by using the product design and analysis role distribution theory as a method to observe the production performance and evaluating its satisfactory by an expert and a specialist from the engineering and product development field.The machine got an average score of ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.33) in this evaluation which is a high score.  We do another 4P and 4C evaluation for its satisfactory by an expert and a specialist from the community development, community enterprise and a marketing field. The machine got an average 4P score of ( = 4.31, S.D. = 0.57) and an average 4C score of ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.28), both is a high score. As all the result of the research came out with a very suitable score, it’s certain that this machine is an appropriate product to be developed.
