การศึกษาและออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ จากเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง Study and Design Furniture of Residues from Transport wood package

Abstract

ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาและออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ จากเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะทางกายภาพและทดสอบคุณสมบัติของเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง 2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ จากเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์จากเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลจากการลงพื้นที่เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะความเป็นมาและลักษณะทางกายภาพของเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจการขนส่งโดยรถบรรทุกคอนเทนเนอร์ กับผู้ประกอบการซื้อขายเศษวัสดุจากเศษวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้ที่ได้จากการขนส่ง ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการออกแบบ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการออกแบบ โดยเริ่มจากการออกแบบแนวคิดริเริ่ม การพัฒนาแนวคิด และการกลั่นกรองแบบ โดยตารางการกระจายหน้าที่การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ การคัดเลือกตันแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการออกแบบ การผลิตต้นแบบ และการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยผู้บริโภค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกณฑ์ความพึงใจในภาพรวมทั้งหมดของผู้บริโภค อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก (  =4.28) ด้านรูปแบบโดยรวมความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก  ( =4.12) ด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอยโดยรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ( =4.35) ด้านกายวิภาคเชิงกลโดยรวมมีเกณฑ์ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก (  =4.29) และด้านแนวโน้มโดยรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก ( =4.47) และผลประเมินในข้อย่อยที่ได้รับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดคือ ความแข็งแรง ( =4.51,S.D.=0.66)และมีคุณค่าทางด้านวัสดุ ( =4.51,S.D.=0.75)

The researcher has studies and designed furniture of residues from transport wood package with objectives as these following: 1) To study physical properties and test the properties of transport wood package 2) To develop the furniture products of residues from transport wood package 3) To take satisfaction assessment for the product users affecting to furniture residues from transport wood package to gather information by surveying the area and studying the origins and physical properties of residues from transport wood package. Besides, it should gather information from transport by using the container vans , the design entrepreneurs of purchasing the residues from transport wood package and the design experts. Then, it should bring the information to analyze for using in design  beginning with brainstorming initiative concepts , developing concepts and defining the models by using the role distribution table to analyze design product information , select the models by the design experts , produce the models and take satisfaction assessment by the consumers. In addition, it was found that the overall of satisfaction standard for the consumers is in the excellent level or in the level of   =4.28 , the overall of satisfaction for patterns is in the excellent level or in the level of =4.12 , the overall of satisfaction for apply is in the excellent level or in the level of =4.35 , the overall of satisfaction for ergonomics is in the excellent level of in the level of =4.29 and  the overall of satisfaction for prone is in the excellent level of in the level of =4.47 and the assessment satisfaction results which are in the most satisfaction are strength in the level of =4.51,S.D.=0.66 and the value of materials in the level of   =4.51,S.D.=0.75
