Service Quality of the Office of the Attorney General for Rights Protection and Legal Assistance and Legal Execution in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province

Abstract

This research has objectives 1. To study the quality of services of the Office of the Rights Protection and Legal Assistance Prosecutor and Legal Execution. 2. To compare the service quality of the Office of the Rights Protection and Legal Assistance Prosecutor in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. classified by gender, age, education level and occupation; and 3. to study guidelines for improving service quality of the Prosecutor's Office for rights protection and legal assistance and legal execution in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province. The sample used in this research was 286 people who came to request legal advice services from the Office of the Prosecutor for Rights Protection and Legal Assistance and Legal Execution. Tools used for data collection as a questionnaire It consists of 3 parts, statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics including number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were T - test and F - test.

          The results showed that:

          Service quality of the prosecutor's office protects rights and provides legal assistance and the overall execution was at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the confidence towards service users. Followed by the aspect of knowing and understanding the service recipients. and the aspect with the least average value was the concreteness of the service.

          Comparative analysis of service quality levels of the Office of the Prosecutor for rights protection and legal assistance and enforcement According to public opinion classified by sex, age, level of education and occupation. Overall, it was found that people with different levels of education. There are opinions on the quality of services provided by the Office of the Prosecutor for rights protection and legal assistance and enforcement. The difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level for people with different sex, age and occupation.           Suggestions for the development of service quality of the Office of the Attorney General for rights protection and legal assistance and enforcement, for example, training should be held regularly for officers or employees in various areas of work.
