Ideology and Process of New Normal Society Following to Buddha Dhamma of Chaiyaphum Province Volunteer Network

Abstract

              The objectives of the research are  1) to study the ideal of the social management in the new normal life of the voluntary organization in Chaiyaphum province,  2) to study the Buddhist principles in the social management in the new normal life, and  3) to apply the process of social management in the new normal life according to the Buddhist principles. This is the qualitative research with the instrument by the interview and group discussion of 35 voluntary monks and laypeople in 5 districts: Muang, Bankhwao, Khonsawan, Nongbuadaeng and Phukhieo.

              The result found that in order to inspire and supplement the  voluntary mind in working the voluntary leaders and task force  as well as the people getting the service in the five districts have applied the Buddhist principles to manage the society in the new normal life, that is, they use  five precepts in daily life as the public agreement among the volunteers and four Sangahavatthu or Bases of Sympathy to manage the life living in society so as to make happy and peaceful society in the current situation and also have six Saraniyadhamma or States of Conciliation to always have good conduct and well wishes to others, and as well as using four Iddhipada or Path of Accomplishment to guide the life living to get success according to the guidance of the new normal life with the Buddhist principles of the voluntary organization in Chaiyaphum.  Therefore,  new style communities have taken place as a model of human development to be live peacefully and happily, practicing  the Buddhist principles to be responsible to oneself, family and society with voluntary mind in society.
