The purposes of this research were to study the Academic Leadership of School Administrators, internal Supervision and the Relationship between Academic Leadership of School Administrators and the Internal Supervision of the Educational Opportunity Expansion School under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample were 309 people using simple random sampling, academic year 2023. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results of the research were as follow: 1) Academic leadership of administrators Overall and each aspect. There was a high level of compliance in every aspect. They were arranged in the following order: mission planning, Evaluation and monitoring of student progress, Teaching supervision, Promoting the academic atmosphere and Curriculum management and teaching. 2) Supervision within the school to expand educational opportunities. Overall and each aspect. There was a high level of operations in every aspect. They are arranged in the following order: evaluation of supervision and reporting of results, Planning supervision and determining options, Implementation of supervision within the school, Creation of media and tools for supervision and Study of current conditions problems and needs. 3) Relationship between academic leadership of administrators and supervision within schools to expand educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the overall level was at a high level (r= 0.802) with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
