Professional teachers should have teaching spirit. Their characteristics should comprise: (1) Teaching clearly. (2) Enthusiasm and good exempla. (3) Active person and ability in student analysis. (4) Calm, Coach, effective communication and creative mind. (5) Good health and habit. (6) Enhancing student’s goal, empathy, and endurance. (7) Responsibility resource person. (8) Systematic approach, synthesis, storyteller, summary and sympathy. (9) Scholastic person. (10) Personal development and parenthood. (11) Inspiration, information, initiative and understanding individual difference. (12) Student’s rehabilitation and review. (13) Influence and inquiring Student’s mind. (14) Trustworthy, talent and specialization. (15) Sportsmanship, self-respect, self-esteem, self-control and self-actualization.
