Abstract

The purpose of this research were to develop test the system and quality evaluation system developed kingdoms digital learning various (sub-systems) and the samples groups were 600 students. The results showed that the performance of database systems, learning materials online to digital learning kingdom builder to improve workforce of the 21st century, which consisted of the following five systems And the results of the experiment in the Digital Learning Kingdom to improve workforce skills of the 21st century was found test results with statistical t-test for paired) compared with Pre-testing  and Post-testing score of the group showed Post-testing score significantly higher than Pre-testing at different levels of statistical significance .01.
