Abstract
The purposes of this research were to investigate the perceived level of network support, utilization of strength of small entrepreneurs, trust in government policy implementation, attachment in government policy implementation, potential of entrepreneurs, financial value, and social value among small-sized entrepreneurs under the Pracharat Project policy. The population used in this research was 200 small-sized entrepreneurs under Pracharat Project supervised by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample size was determined by two-stage sampling and simple sampling method in order to reiterate the causal model using the LISREL software.
According to the results of the research, Considered suitability at fair criteria and the results of the analysis of the combined influence of factors causing the promotion of entrepreneurs in the Pracharat project under the coordination of Bangkok Fostering network (FN) has the highest total influence on Social value (SV) is 0.516 and the highest total influence on Financial value (FV) is 0.504, followed by Trust (TR). Society value (SV) is 0.427 and the total influence on Financial value (FV) is 0.399. Engagement in the Government policy deployment (ED) positively influenced Social value (SV) and Financial value (FV) were 0.963 and 0.899, respectively.
