Factors Affecting Efficiency Evaluation of Accounting Software Adoption by Court of Justice

Abstract

Currently, the court of justice has adopted accounting software to help them for their work. However, the effectiveness of this process has not been studied and evaluated. Therefore, to identify the key components affecting such performance evaluation. The objective of this research is to study the influence of factors affecting the evaluation of the effectiveness of accounting software application of the court of justice. The independent variable is divided into two parts, first is component of accounting software including 1. Hardware 2. System software 3. Database software 4. Computer network. The second is the qualification of the accounting software consist of 6 factors: 1. Preparation of receiving voucher 2. Preparation of payment voucher 3. Preparation of general voucher 4. General journal preparation 5. Make a ledger 6. Preparation of trial balance and the following variables were the evaluation of the effectiveness of the accounting software application of the Office of the Courts of Justice, consisting of 2 factors: 1. Speed ​​and timeliness 2. In terms of accuracy and completeness, data were collected by questionnaires. The population was 299 judiciary staff. In this study, data was analyzed by using inferential statistical analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The finding show that the qualifications and component of the accounting program are related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the accounting program of the court of justice.
