The business innovation affecting the performance of small and medium enterprises

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to verify the factors of business innovation affecting the performance of small and medium enterprises in service sector in the central region of Thailand. Business Innovation is the dependent variable affecting the performance of organizations. The data were gathered from entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which are located on central region due the most portion of population. This research used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample was selected based on Purposive Sampling Design for 400 sample. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis with significance level 0.05.

The results of the research revealed that: The business innovation leadership, planning, personnel and process. Affects the performance of small and medium enterprises at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
