Academic leadership of educational institution administrators affecting teamwork of teachers in educational institutions under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of academic leadership of school administrators, 2) the level of teachers teamwork 3) the level of academic leadership of school administrators that affects teamwork of teacher in educational institutions and the Samut Prakan Educational Service Area of 327 teachers in schools under the Office of Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area 1 was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and a reliability of 0.983. Statistics used for analysis Data were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis
The research results revealed that 1) academic leadership of school administrators overall and in every aspect were at a high level, and ranking from high to low level, perspectives and trends in curriculum changes. teaching evaluation assessment of student learning, planning for the development of career advancement respectively
2) teamwork of teachers in educational institutions overall and in every aspect were at a high level, ranking from high to low; being creative thinking. continuous improvement collaboration coordination communication 3) academic leadership of school administrators affeetive to teamwork of teachers in schools. significaning at the .05 level, creating a forecasting equation in the form of raw scores, was Ytot =3.281+ 0.265X. The forecasting equation in the terms of standard scores,was Ytot = 0.323Zx, and having positively correlated.
