ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรี จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา อายุประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในสถานศึกษา ขนาดของสถานศึกษาและการอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรี จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.911 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านชุดคำสั่ง ด้าน หน่วยรับข้อมูล และด้านบุคลากรและ 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรีจำแนก ตามตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา อายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงานในสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 จำแนกตามการอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The Problems of Information Technology Usage a ccording to The Opinions of Administrators and Teachers in School under Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the problems of information technology usage according to the opinions of administrators and teachers in school under Singburi primary educational service area office classified by positions, education qualification, age, work experience, size of the school, and computer training. Sample groups were administrators and teachers 310 persons under Singburi primary educational service area office in academic year the 2013 drawn by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in the saving collects the data were questionnaires with reliability value of 0.911. The findings were as follows: 1) the problems of information technology according to the opinions of administrators and teachers in school under Singburi primary educational service area office were rates at the moderate level, when considering each aspect by ranking most mean; software, hardware and people ware. and 2) compare the problems of information technology according to the opinions of administrators and teachers in school under Singburi primary educational service area office classified by positions, education qualification and work experience were different at .001 significant level, computer training was different at significant at .05, when classified by size of the school, there information technology usage, Singburi primary educational service area office were not different.
