Abstract

บทความนี้เสนอแนวคิดการศึกษาภควันตภาคและบทบาทของคอมพิวเตอร์พกพาเป็นศูนย์รับ ความรู้ปลายทางสำหรับการศึกษาภควันตภาพระดับชาติ ระดับชุมชน ระดับโรงเรียนและระดับห้องเรียน

ภควันตภาค เป็นสภาวะการปรากฏทุกแห่งหนทุกเวลา ในด้านการศึกษาภควันตภาพ ทำให้สามารถ ส่งและถ่ายทอดข้อมูล สารสนเทศ ความรู้และประสบการณ์ แพร่กระจายไปยังทุกส่วนของประเทศ และเปลี่ยนประเทศไปสู่สังคมการเรียนตลอดชีวิตและการเรียนควบคู่ชีวิตและการทำงาน การศึกษา ภควันตภาพบูรณาการกระบวนทรรศนก์ ารศึกษาใหอ้ ยูบ่ นเวทีเดียวกัน หรือเปน็ ทองแผน่ เดียวกัน ในอนาคต จะไม่มีการศึกษาทางใกล้หรือการศึกษาแบบปิด และการศึกษาทางไกลหรือการศึกษาแบบเปิด เนื่องจาก การจัดการศึกษาจะรวมเป็นหนึ่งและไม่มีการแยกส่วน โดยมีคอมพิวเตอร์แผ่นหรือคอมพิวเตอร์เม็ด (Tablets) เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีพลังและเป็นศูนย์ความรู้สำหรับนักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษาที่บ้าน ที่ทำงานและ ทุกแห่งหน

เพื่อให้สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์แผ่นสำหรับการศึกษาภควันตภาพ จำเป็นต้องมีการเตรียมบริบท อาทิ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารทั้งระดับชาติ ภูมิภาค ระดับจังหวัด อำเภอ และระดับโรงเรียน เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการจัดการศึกษาภควันตภาพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Tablet Computers and Ubiguitous Education

This article presents the concepts of ubiquitous education and the roles of computer tablets as the terminals for ubiquitous nation, ubiquitous communities, ubiquitous schools, and ubiquitous classrooms.

Ubiquitous is the state of existing everywhere, at any time and at the same time. In Education, U-Education makes it possible for information, knowledge and experience to be departed and disseminated to all parts of the country and transforms the whole nation into a life-long and life-along learning community. U-Education integrated educational paradigm into one undivided education plat form. Traditional and distance education will no longer exist as education plat form will be integrated and undivided using computer tablets as the powerful tools and the terminals for learners at home, working place, and everywhere.

In order for computer tablets to be effective tools for U-Education, the contexts such as ICT infrastructure at the national, regional, provincial, district and school level need to be modified.
