Abstract

การสร้างแผนชุมชนพึ่งตนเองคือการนำชุมชนของเราให้เป็นอย่างที่เราต้องการ แนวคิดแผน
ชุมชนเพื่อแสดงว่าชุมชนสามารถพัฒนาตน โดยการวางแผนล่วงหน้า มีการช่วยกันคิดลงมือทำจากศักยภาพของตน โดยเริ่มจากจุดที่ชุมชนมีความรู้และชุมชนใช้ทรัพยากรที่ตนมีหรือซ่อนเร้นอยู่ เป็นหลัก เริ่มต่อยอดจากสิ่งเหลา่ นี้แทนที่จะรอคอยโอกาสหรือเมตตาจากผูอื้่นด้วยการค้นหาต้น ทุนของตนเองก่อนให้พบหรือการอ่านชุมชนตนให้ออก บอกชุมชนตนเองให้ได้และใช้ชุมชนตนเองให้เป็น ต่อจากนั้นก็ใช้การสร้างเครือข่ายเสริมกำลังเพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนมั่นคง ต่อๆ ไป

Self-dependent community planning means establishing the community as we need or desire through in-house cooperation and implementation based on its own potential starting
from discovering an Expertise of the community its hidden resources instead of waiting for outsource fund or help. The community must fist find out the cost of itself, the complete understanding of the needs to be addressed. Then it must be self-driven and create supper
thing network to help sustain the self-dependent community.
