รูปแบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อขีดความสามารถ ในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อ ขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย และพัฒนาแบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงโครงสร้าง กับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ธุรกิจพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีสถานประกอบการตั้งอยู่ภายในประเทศไทย มีสภาพเป็นนิติบุคคล ยื่นจดทะเบียนพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่อกระทรวงพาณิชย์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยการให้บริการ การระบุความต้องการ และการสกัดความต้องการ และ 2) แบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์ เชิงโครงสร้างอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีผลกับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจไทย เป็นแบบจำลอง ที่มีความเที่ยงตรงและมีความสอดคล้องกันกับแบบจำลองทางทฤษฎีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The Model of Electronics Commerce (E-commerce) to Strengthen the Competitiveness Potential of Businesses in Thailand.

The Study was exploratory research. The objective of this study was to study the influence of the factors affecting the potential of the competitiveness of business in Thailand and to develop the structural relationships model development to strengthen the competitiveness of businesses in Thailand. The sampling of this study was electronic commerce with establishments located in Thailand, only an entity and registration and submission of electronic commerce to the Ministry of Commerce. The unit of analysis was the organization was 324 people. Questionnaire and In-depth Interview were used as instruments of this study. The result of this study found that 1) The factors of the services, the specification and the elicitation of requirement were the influencing factors to strengthen the businesses competitiveness. 2) The Structural relationships model with Thai businesses competitiveness was a model that was justified and had no statistically significant difference with Theoretical models.
