เพลงพื้นบ้านท่าโพ: เสียงสะท้อนวิถีชีวิตไทย

Abstract

“เพลงพื้นบ้านท่าโพ: เสียงสะท้อนวิถีชีวิตไทย” เป็นการวิจัยทางมานุษยดุริยางควิทยา เก็บข้อมูล ภาคสนามที่ตำบลท่าโพ อำเภอหนองขาหย่าง จังหวัดอุทัยธานีมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อทราบคุณลักษณะทาง ดนตรีและวิถีชีวิตไทยที่ปรากฏในเพลงพื้นบ้าน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเพลงพื้นบ้านท่าโพเกือบทั้งหมด เป็นเพลงทำนองเดียว ท่อนเดียว มีการซ้ำทำนองแต่เปลี่ยนเนื้อร้องไปเรื่อย ๆ (strophic form) ท่วงทำนอง เป็นแบบเชื่อมโยงติดต่อกัน (conjunctive) ดำเนินทำนองขึ้น ๆ ลง ๆ (undulating) ในจังหวะกระชับ มีชีวิตชีวา เนื้อร้องเผยให้เห็นวิถีชีวิตไทยที่มีอาชีพเกษตรกรรม ดำเนินชีวิตตามวิถีทางแห่งพุทธศาสนา แฝงอารมณ์ขัน การถ่อมตน เกี้ยวพาราสีหยอกล้อกันฉันมิตร และความสมัครสมานสามัคคีมีการแสดง ประกอบการขับร้อง

Thapho’s Folksong: the Reflection of Thai Life

“Thapho’s folksong: The reflection of Thai life” was an ethnomusicological research, based on field study technique and collected data at Thapho sub-district, Nongkhayang district in Uthiathani Province. The purpose of this qualitative study was to know the music traits and the Thai’s ways of life that appeared in Thapho’s folksong. The results of the study revealed that most of Thapho folksongs were monophony texture in a strophic form. The melodic contour was undulating- conjunctive with lively rhythm. The lyrics suggestedThai agricultural life that based on the Buddha’s teaching. The songs presented sense of humor, humility, philanders, teasing to each other, solidarity and usually included acting.
