ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรีจำแนก ตาม ตำแหน่งหน้าที่การปฏิบัติงาน วุฒิการศึกษา วิทยฐานะ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และขนาดสถาน ศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสิงห์บุรีจำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.975 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สิงห์บุรีในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ด้านความเฉลียวฉลาด ด้าน ความกระตือรือร้น ด้านความรอบรู้ในงาน ด้านความซื่อสัตย์และจริยธรรม ด้านความมีพลัง ด้าน ความเป็นผู้นำ และด้านความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และ 2) ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สิงห์บุรีจำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่การปฏิบัติงาน วุฒิการศึกษา วิทยฐานะ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ขนาด สถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Leadership of School Administrators Perceived by Administrators and Teachers Under Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office

The purposes of this research were to study and compare leadership of school administrators perceived by administrators and teachers under Singburi primary educational service area office divided by position, education, academic standing, experience, and size of the school.Sample groups 310 persons were administrators and teachers under Singburi primary educational service area office in 2012 academic year drawn by stratified random sampling. The instrument that use in the Saving collects the data were questionnaires with reliability value of 0.975, The findings were as follows: 1) leadership of school administrators perceived by administrators and teachers under Singburi primary educational service area office were rate at high level, when considering each side by ranking most mean; ingenuity, enthusiasm, knowledge, Integrity and ethical, energetic leadership,and self confidence. And 2) to compare leadership of school administrators perceived by administrators and teachers under Singburi primary educational service area office divided by position, education, academic standing, experience, and size of the school were differences at a significance level of .05.
