ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานและการจัดการความรู้ของวิสาหกิจ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นกระดาษลูกฟูกและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก

Abstract

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานและการจัดการความรู้ของวิสาหกิจ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่น กระดาษลูกฟูกและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานและการ จัดการความรู้ของวิสาหกิจกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นกระดาษลูกฟูกและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพล ความสามารถด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน ของวิสาหกิจ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้า แผ่นกระดาษลูกฟูกและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลความสามารถด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลทาง อ้อมไปยังสมรรถนะในการทำงาน เพื่อส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน ของวิสาหกิจ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นกระดาษลูกฟูกและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัย แบบสะดวก (ConvenienceSelection) โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (QuantitativeResearch) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ เส้นทาง (Path Analysis) จากพนักงานในกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกในประเทศไทย จำนวน 400 คน จากสมาชิกสมาคมผู้ผลิตแผ่นและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกไทยซึ่งมีสมาชิกทั้งหมด 76 บริษัท เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้วย วิธีคำนวณหา IOC และทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้านการหาค่าสหสัมพันธ์ด้วยวิธีของครอนบัช (Cronboch)

ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ความสามารถบริหารทรัพยากรภายใน ส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อสมรรถนะในการ ทำงาน (γ = 0.24) ส่งอิทธิพลทางลบต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน (β = -0.82) และไม่ส่งอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการ ความรู้ของวิสาหกิจกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก ความสามารถบริหารทรัพยากรภายนอก ส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน (γ=0.48) ส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน (β = 0.82) และส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการจัดการความรู้ (β = 0.05) ของวิสาหกิจกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นและ กล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก ส่วนสมรรถนะในการทำงาน ส่งอิทธิพลทางลบต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน (β = -0.19) และส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการจัดการความรู้ (β = 0.85) ของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้าแผ่นและกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก

Effectiveness Implementation and Management of Enterprise Knowledge Corrugated Sheet Board and Carton box

This dissertation outlined research into firstly to study the effective implementation and management of Enterprise knowledge corrugated sheet board and carton box. Secondly to study its influence of management competency effected directly to the working ability knowledgeable management and the effect of its implementation of corrugated sheet board and canton box manufacturer group. Thirdly to study its influence of management competency effected indirectly to the working capability to influence towards knowledgeable management and its implementation ability of corrugated sheet board and carton box manufacturer group. This research was the quantitative research from the number of staff 400 workers in the corrugated sheet board and carton box manufacturer group in Thailand. All workers mentioned were from the Thai Association of Corrugated Sheet Board and Carton Box in which 76 companies have been members in the association. The research measurement tool used in the research is a questionnaire checked its accuracy by the knowledgeable people. IOC calculated method was also done to check its accuracy in terms of Cronboch’s method to provide its bi-relatedness for the research methodology.

The research result based on its overall influences founded that the management competency of internal resource influenced positively towards working capacity [γ = 0.24] that influenced negatively to effective implementation [β = -0.82]; moreover, not influenced to the enterprise knowledge management of corrugated sheet board and carton box manufacturer group. The management competency of its external resource that influenced negatively towards working capability [γ = 0.48] that influenced positively towards its effective implementation [β = 0.82]; furthermore, it also influenced positively knowledge management [β = 0.05] of the enterprise-corrugated sheet board and carton box manufacturer group. Similarly, working capability it influenced negatively towards effective implementation [β = -0.19] and influenced negatively towards knowledge management [β = 0.85] of the corrugated sheet board and carton box manufacturer group.
