ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ ความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี  โดยทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นคณาจารย์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี จำนวน 162 คนซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย  ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่ออธิบายลักษณะของตัวแปรด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่  ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้อนุมานสถิติเพื่อประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยในรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์มีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และด้านการประเมินกลยุทธ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 

            2) ความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในรายด้านพบว่าด้านการมีแบบแผนความคิด และด้านบุคคลที่มีความรอบรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเป็นทีม และด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 

            3) ในภาพรวมพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่งในเชิงบวกระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี และเป็นความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง (r_xy= 886) ส่วนในรายด้านพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงสอดคล้องกันทั้ง  3 ด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับได้แก่ ด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ  (r_xy= 845)  ด้านการประเมินกลยุทธ์ (r_xy= 804) และด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ (r_xy= 764)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the strategic management level, the learning organization level, and 3) the relationship between the strategic management and the learning organization of the Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University. The research samples were 162 lecturers of the faculty which selected by simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics namely frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the inferential statistic was Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation coefficient.

The research findings revealed as follows:

1. The strategic management of the Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University was found at the high level as a whole. When considering at individual aspect, it was found that strategic formulation was at high level while strategic implementation and evaluation were at moderate level respectively. 

2. The learning organization of the Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University was found at the moderate level as a whole.  When considering at individual aspect, it was found that mental model and personal mastery were at high level while system thinking, team learning,  and shared vision were at moderate level respectively. 

3. The overall relationship between the strategic management and the learning organization of the Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University was statistically positive at a high level (r_xy= .886) with a significant level of .01. When considering at individual aspect, it was found that there were relationship with learning organization in all aspects at high level which were ranked in descending order as follows; strategic implementation (r_xy= .845),  strategic evaluation(r_xy=.804), and strategic formulation (r_xy=.764)
