Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาครจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ การใช้แบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก  และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์วิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน(Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในขั้นดำเนินโครงการมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ขั้นริเริ่มโครงการ ขั้นวางแผน และขั้นประเมินผล สำหรับการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ของครัวเรือน ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ การเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มทางสังคม และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ส่วน เพศ อายุ และการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชายเลน ตำบลบางหญ้าแพรก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

Abstract

            This research aimed to 1) To evaluate the development of groundwater for agriculture in drought area Ban Had district Khon Kaen province’s project. And 2) Recommendations on the patterns's future of the of development groundwater for agriculture in drought area Ban Had district Khon Kaen province’s project. This research was mixed method’s research between Quantitative and qualitative. The samples was 20 officials project and 400 people in the development of groundwater for agriculture in drought area Ban Had district Khon Kaen  province’s project. The tool used in this research was questionnaire and In-depth interview. The statistics was content analysis and descriptive statistics

The result found that the context: the department of groundwater resources in Ministry of Natural Resources had a policy to support the the development  of groundwater for agriculture in drought area Ban Had district Khon Kaen  province’s project. Considering to the department of groundwater resources in district 4 found that they had a good policy to support the water distribution system, Educate in systems administration, support the participation in the administration of water for agriculture of people in the area. As well as marketing support to the community. The input: There is enough budget and facilities. The process: they had the area survey before operated project, management training program and monitoring and evaluation procedure. And when studied the public opinion found that the public opinion was in high level. And the Output: found that the opinion between people and officer were conflict about amount and demand of artesian well. So they have to explore amount of artesian well that people need and present to Ministry of Natural Resources for approve budget. As well as the Ministry of Natural Resources must have a clear plan of operations.
