คุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน ในสถานศึกษาเอกชน เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนของสถานศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีทั้งในเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ  ระยะแรกเป็นการศึกษาเพื่อกำหนดกรอบคุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการเรียนภาษาจีน จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยต่างๆ  ระยะที่สอง ศึกษาความสอดคล้องของคุณลักษณะที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลในการเรียนวิชาภาษาจีนของนักเรียนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนจำนวน 436 คน และครูผู้สอนภาษาจีน จำนวน 22 คน และระยะที่สาม ศึกษาแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการให้เกิดคุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการเรียนการสอน จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 คน

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้ค่าสถิติได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structure Equation Model) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  

            1.กรอบคุณลักษณะหลักที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการเรียนภาษาจีนของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณลักษณะของครูผู้สอน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางครอบครัว ด้านกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน และคุณลักษณะของตัวนักเรียนเอง โดยคุณลักษณะดังกล่าวทดสอบแล้วพบว่าเป็นปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

           2.ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะทั้ง 5 ด้านดังกล่าว สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนประสิทธิผลในการเรียนของนักเรียนได้ร้อยละ 42 โดยคุณลักษณะของตัวนักเรียน เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ คุณภาพการเรียนการสอน คุณลักษณะของครู และสภาพแวดล้อมทางครอบครัว ตามลำดับ  

           3. ความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน เป็นลักษณะหนึ่งของคุณลักษณะของนักเรียน ที่พบว่ามีอิทธิพลสูงสุดต่อประสิทธิผลในเรียนมากกว่าลักษณะอื่น  ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากแรงบันดาลใจ อันเกิดจากแรงจูงใจภายในและภายนอก จากการเลี้ยงดู ครูผู้สอน และการปะทะสังสรรค์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบตัว

            4. แนวทางในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีความใฝ่รู้ ส่งผลให้มีประสิทธิผลหรือมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ที่สำคัญอยู่ที่การเลี้ยงดูจากผู้ปกครองที่ต้องคอยควบคุม เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี มีการลงโทษและให้รางวัล และมีการฝึกฝนการทำงานตั้งแต่วัยเด็ก ผสมผสานกับความผูกพันใกล้ชิดกับครูที่เป็นต้นแบบ ที่มีเทคนิควิธีการสอนที่ดี ทำให้รักการอ่าน อยากรู้อยากเห็น เกิดกระบวนการในการพัฒนาการคิด มีการวางแผน จากการคิด การจินตนาการ ความฝัน ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ วิสัยทัศน์ นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติ มีการติดตามประเมินผล และนำผลที่เกิดขึ้นมาปรับปรุงพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ

Abstract

The objective of research was mainly to study the characteristics affecting the effectiveness of administration in teaching Chinese language at private schools in Bangkok Metropolitan Area . The research design was a mixed method including quantitative and qualitative research. The research study was divided into 3 phases, the first one was to find out the theoretical framework of the characteristics affecting the effectiveness of administration in teaching Chinese language from documentary research, the second one was to determine the structural relationship between the characteristics affecting the effectiveness of administration in teaching Chinese language and empirical data from sample of 436 students and 22 teachers, and the third one was to acquire the administrative guideline to build up characteristics affecting the effectiveness of administration in teaching Chinese language from 12 experts.

The research findings revealed that : 

1. The core characteristic framework affecting the effectiveness of administration in teaching Chinese language comprised of five factors which were teacher’s characteristics, family environment, friend group, instructional quality, and student’s characteristics.

2. All five factors of characteristics as a causal structural relationship model were conformed to empirical data and 40 percent could explain the variance of Chinese instructional achievement. As considering with an individual factor, it was found that  student’s characteristics had the highest impact while the others factors had the impact in descending order as follows; instructional quality, teacher’s characteristics, and family environment respectively .

3. Seeking knowledge was ranked as the most influenced aspect affecting the effectiveness of student achievement among the others.  As a consequence, it was caused by inspiration from both internal and external motivation, family background, teacher, and interaction with surroundings.

4. Guidelines for educational administration to develop student’s characteristics in seeking knowledge affecting effectiveness or achievement were found as follows:-parenting by family in good social environment, and role model from teacher in childhood period.  These two main causes could lead students to master good characteristics in physical and emotional development and self-improvement as a consequence.
