การวางแผนการบริหารงานของเทศบาลเมืองบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การวางแผนการบริหารงานของเทศบาลเมืองบางกรวย อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์  1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการวางแผนการบริหารงานของเทศบาลเมืองบางกรวย อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี  2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของประชาชนต่อการวางแผนการบริหารงานของเทศบาลเมืองบางกรวย อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 387 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  คือ แบบสอบถาม  เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละและ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต  และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง   ใช้ t-test  และ F-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ระดับการวางแผนการบริหารงานของเทศบาลเมืองบางกรวย อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี  โดยรวมมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก  ( = 4.29)

2) ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า  ปัจจัยรายได้ และปัจจัยระยะเวลาพักอาศัย มีความแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

Abstract

            This study aims to study 1) the level of the administrative planning of Bangkruayi Municipality, Bangkruay District, Nonthaburi Province. 2) a comparision of personal factors including sex, age, income, occupation, education and length of stay in the community. This study utilized the questionnaire to collect data from 387 sampled people

  As a quantitative research, there was an application of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. As for the descriptive, the frequency distribution, percentage and mean were applied and the inferential statistics were used through the t-test and
F-test

            The results found that, 1) people highly in the administrative planning of Bangkruay Municipality, Bangkruy District, Nonthaburi shown with   = 4.29

            2) After the comparison of people’s personal data differed by income and length of stay (0.05 statistical significance).
