Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของสถานศึกษาในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ใน 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการเป็นแหล่งวิทยาการของชุมชน 2) ด้านการนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเข้าสู่ชุมชน 3) ด้านการเป็นศูนย์รวมความรู้ด้านอาชีพแก่ชุมชน และ 4) ด้านการเป็นแหล่งส่งเสริมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมแก่ชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 ทั้ง 12 แห่ง ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 225 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่ออธิบายลักษณะของตัวแปร ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t – test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. บทบาทของสถานศึกษาในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 โดยรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยเรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการเป็นแหล่งวิทยาการของชุมชน รองลงมาคือด้านการนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเข้าสู่ชุมชน ด้านการเป็นศูนย์รวมความรู้ด้านอาชีพแก่ชุมชน และด้านการเป็นแหล่งส่งเสริมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมแก่ชุมชน ตามลำดับ

2. การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของสถานศึกษาในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน พบว่าโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the roles of schools on building relationships between schools and community under the Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 1 by job position, age and level of education in 4 aspects, namely; 1) being the resources of the community 2) bringing change to the community 3) being the professional community knowledge center and 4) promoting a culture for the community. The samples consisted of 225 basic education committees and teachers who had worked at private schools under the Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 1 in academic year 2016. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test and One – Way ANOVA Analysis of Variance (One – Way ANOVA).

The research findings revealed as follows:

1. The roles of schools on building relationships between schools and community under the Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 1 in overall aspects was at high level. When considered in each aspect was also at high level in every aspect. The ranked of mean from the highest to the lowest were being the resources of the community, followed by bringing change to the community, being the professional community knowledge center and promoting a culture for the community.

2. The comparison of roles of schools on building relationships between schools and community under the Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 1 by jobs found that overall the significant statistical difference at the level of .01. When comparison by age found that overall had no difference and comparison by level of education found that had the significant statistical difference at the level of .05.
