การพัฒนาบุคลากรตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามหลัก สัปปุริสธรรม 7 ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของบุคลากร และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน144คนและครูผู้สอนจำนวน319คนรวม463คนซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน(KrejcieandMorgan)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า5ระดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีแบบ Independent t-test และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-wayANOVA) หากพบความแตกต่างจึงทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่(Scheffe') ผลการศึกษาพบว่า : 1. การพัฒนาบุคลากรตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ธัมมัญญุตา (ด้านการฝึกอบรม) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคืออัตถัญญุตา (ด้านการศึกษาดูงาน) อยู่ในระดับมาก และน้อยที่สุดคือ ปริสัญญุตา (ด้านการสับเปลี่ยนหมุนเวียน) 2. การเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่นเขต4เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพของบุคลากรและขนาดสถานศึกษา ทั้ง7 ด้าน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ0.05

Personnel Development according to Sappurisa Dhamma 7 in the Basic Educational Schools under the Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Offce 4

The objectives of this research were to study and compare the personnel development according to Sappurisa Dhamma 7 in the basic educational schools under the Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Offce 4 which divided by the status of personnel and school size. The samples consisted of 319 teachers and 144 administrators with totaling 463 respondents whose size was specifed by the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The tools used for data collection were 5 level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, standard deviation, independent t-test, One-wayANOVA, and difference test was made in pairbyScheffe’smethod. The fndings were revealed as follows: 1. The personnel development according to Sappurisa Dhamma 7 in the basic educational schools under the Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Offce 4 in overall and each aspect was at high level. When considering in each aspect, it was
found that the aspect of Dhammanyuta (Training) was at the highest level, followed by theaspect of Atthanyuta (Excursion), and leastlevel wasParisanyuta(AlternativeCycling). 2. The comparison of personnel development according to Sappurisa Dhamma 7 in the basic educational schools under the Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Offce according to the idea of personnel in all 7 aspects,there were signifcantly statistical different atthelevel of 0.05as classify by status of personnelandschool size.
