ปัจจัยการจำแนกการตัดสินใจเส้นทางอาชีพของเภสัชกรในพื้นที่ภาคใต้: ไปต่อหรือลาออกจากระบบราชการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการจำแนกการตัดสินใจการลาออกของเภสัชกรในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย โดยการใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือในงานวิจัยมีการใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ตัวอย่างในการศึกษาเป็นเภสัชกรที่ปฏิบัติงานในระบบราชการและเคยปฏิบัติงานในระบบราชการแต่ได้ลาออก จำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 280 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามประเภทของเภสัชกร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยฟังก์ชันการจำแนกเชิงเส้นตรง และทำการวิเคราะห์การจัดเข้ากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ค่าตอบแทนทางการเงิน ความปรารถนาที่จะช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น และความมั่นคงในการทำงาน จำแนกเภสัชกรสองกลุ่มออกจากกันได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยกลุ่มที่ลาออกจากระบบราชการเป็นผู้ที่มีความปรารถนาที่จะช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นที่สูงกว่า และเห็นว่าการประกอบอาชีพเภสัชกรเป็นอาชีพที่มีเกียรติ มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีกว่ากลุ่มอยู่ในระบบราชการ แต่มีความมั่นคงในการทำงานต่ำกว่า ซึ่งหมายความว่ากลุ่มที่ปฏิบัติงานในระบบราชการมีคะแนนความมั่นคงในการทำงานสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ลาออก กล่าวได้ว่า ทั้งปัจจัยจูงใจภายในและปัจจัยจูงใจภายนอกเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ใช้จำแนกเภสัชกรที่ยังคงอยู่ในระบบราชการหรือลาออกไป
