A Study of the Learning Assessment and AUN-QA Curriculum That Affects Overall Satisfaction of Students in BBA (Management) Renovation Course 2017, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University

Abstract
The objective of this research was to evaluate the learning assessment and AUN-QA curriculum that affect overall satisfaction among BBA students, Business Administration Management major B.E. Renovation Course 2017. This study was a quantitative research. The sample was 400 current students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program, Business Administration Management major revised curriculum for 2017 who entered the program in the academic year 2018 and enrolled in the second semester of the academic 2021 to analyze data. The research used questionnaires to collect data and the statistics used was multiple regressions. The results showed that expected learning outcomes (X1), course requirements (X2), course structure (X3), content learning and teaching (X4), strategies learner assessment (X5), quality of support personnel (X6), learner quality (X7), Support and mentoring of learners (X8), and infrastructure facilities (X9) were able to predict the overall satisfaction of students with R2 =.728 and the forecast equation is shown as follows: = 0.109ZX1 + 0.146ZX2 + 0.089ZX3 + 0.082ZX4 + 0.102ZX5 + 0.249ZX6 + 0.151ZX7 + 0.134ZX8 + 0.099ZX9
