Abstract

These objectives of this research were 1) To study the characteristics of business operators, their marketing strategies, and the success of community enterprises.2) To analysis the components, variables, factors, characteristics of entrepreneurs Marketing strategy factors and the success of community enterprises. 3) To analysis the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics factors, Marketing strategy factors and the success of community enterprises. The analysis revealed that the high average values for the characteristics of business operators were 3.76, marketing strategies were 4.01, and the success of community enterprises were 4.02. Furthermore, during component analysis, the most individual factors exhibited relatively high weights. Notably, among the characteristics of business operators, their experience the experience of business operators had the greatest weight. In the context of marketing strategy, pricing had the most significant influence. For the success of community enterprises, additional profits were of paramount importance. Moreover, the study found that entrepreneurial characteristics, marketing strategies, and the success of community enterprises were all moderately influential. It has confirmed both direct and indirect effects on the success of enterprises. Specifically, entrepreneurs' characteristics had a direct (.336) and indirect (.415) impact on marketing strategies. Additionally, characteristics of business operators directly influenced (.453) the success of community enterprises, while marketing strategies had a direct (.415) effect on success. The model has demonstrated strong consistency with empirical data, as evidenced by a P-value of 0.065, signifying congruence between the model and the empirical findings. The χ2/df value of 1.36 further validated this consistency. Moreover, In conclusion the model exhibited excellent fit indices, including RMSEA (0.026), CFI (0.998), TLI (0.978), SRMR (0.035), and LSR (0.934). In conclusion, the model effectively summarizes the results of factor composition analysis and elucidates direct and indirect causal influences on the success of community enterprises.
