การพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการรายจ่ายและเพิ่มรายได้ครัวเรือนตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชน ตำบลหนองป่าครั่ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
Abstract
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR) มุ่งการกำหนดแนวทางการลดรายจ่ายและการเพิ่มรายได้ตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จของการลดรายจ่ายและเพิ่มรายได้ของชุมชน ประชากรที่ศึกษาวิจัยคือครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ตำบลหนองป่าครั่งและทำการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และการดำเนินการตามหลักวงจร P-D-C-A ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถดำเนินการวางแผนโดยการวิเคราะห์รายได้และรายจ่ายผ่านการบันทึกบัญชีครัวเรือน และนำข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการเงินในครัวเรือนมากำหนดกิจกรรมการลดรายจ่ายด้านอาหารและสร้างรายได้เสริมด้วยการร่วมกลุ่มปลูกผักอินทรีย์หนองป่าครั่ง โดยปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จคือการใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มเป็นเครื่องมือในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมการบันทึกบัญชีครัวเรือน การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และการใช้ระบบพี่เลี้ยงThis research was Participatory Action Research (PAR). The purpose of this research aimed at determine how to reduce expenses and increase income, including through analysis of barriers and success factors of reducing expenses and increasing income communities, under the community participation and actions by the PDCA cycle. The sampling of this study was purposive sampling; 25 households of Banbuwakrok. The research result was the sampling of this study was planning by analyzing income and expenditure account over the household accounts record, and used financial data to determine the reduction in household spending. The extra income generated by the incorporation of organic crops Nongpakrang. The problem of the group is the lack of efficiency in the preparation of accounts. The success factors of reducing expenses and increasing income were to use the group process as a tool to drive activities, household accounting system, knowledge development, and networking with a successful mentor and transfer knowledge.
