Strategic Administration for Participatory Dual Vocational Education and to Develop Students’ Qualities Through Qualifications Framework for Vocational Education, Thanyaburi Technical College

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop the strategic administration for participatory Dual Vocational Education and to develop students’ qualities through Qualifications Framework for Vocational Education, Thanyaburi Technical College. The reaearch was divided into 4 steps. The first step was to study the database for strategic setting. The second step was to create the strategies for participatory Dual Vocational Education to develop students’ qualities through Qualifications Framework for Vocational Education, Thanyaburi Technical College. The third step was to try the strategies. The experiment was done by the manual and 8 activities. The fourth step was to assess the strategies. The research instruments were a questionnaire and reports. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings were as follows: the developed strategy consisted of vision, 4 missions, 4 goals, 5 strategies, 9 indicators and 8 projects/ activities. The evaluation of the strategy in agreement, appropriateness, possibility and utility were at the high levels. The evaluation of strategic evaluation was found that students’ qualities through Qualifications Framework for Vocational Education in moral ethic and desirable manner were at the highest levels. Students’ Knowledge and skill for vocation were increasing at 13.49 percent. Students’ Knowledge and skill for applied basically subject were increasing at 7.41 percent. Students’ abilities and responsibly were at the highest levels.
